Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

– All domestic deliveries within Turkey include free shipping.
– Delivery time is 3–6 business days.
– A tracking number is sent via email once the order is dispatched.

International Shipping

– International delivery time is 3–7 business days.
– Shipping fees vary by destination country and are displayed clearly at checkout.
– Customs duties, import taxes and all additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
– If a package is returned due to customs refusal, non-collection or incorrect address, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the recipient.
– As international orders are not eligible for refunds under our policy, no refunds are issued for returned or undelivered international packages.

Shipping Address & Delivery Country

Orders are shipped only to the address and country provided at checkout.
Once an order is placed, the delivery country or international address cannot be changed.
Redirection to another country is not supported.

Undeliverable Packages

– Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect will incur return shipping costs, payable by the recipient.
– For domestic reshipments, additional shipping charges apply.
– For international shipments, no refunds are issued for undeliverable or returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Orders must be inspected upon delivery.
