Refund policy

Domestic (Turkey) Orders

For orders delivered within Turkey, you may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your item.

International Orders

Due to customs and logistics conditions, international orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
For international shipments, a replacement is provided only if the item is clearly defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was sent. In such cases, photo evidence will be reviewed before a replacement is issued.
No refunds or standard returns are available for international orders.

Shipping Address & Country

Orders are shipped only to the country and address provided during checkout.
Once an order has been placed, the delivery country or international address cannot be changed.
Redirection to another country is not supported.

Free Shipping Within Turkey

Free shipping applies only to delivery addresses within Turkey.
International orders are not included in the free shipping offer.

Conditions for Returns (Turkey Only)

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

– In the same condition as received
– Unused, unworn, and unwashed
– With all tags attached
– In its original packaging
– Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution.

For international orders, replacements are provided only after visual proof of damage or manufacturing defects is reviewed.
Refunds are not available for international shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

– Perishable goods
– Customized or personalized products
– Personal care items
– Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
– Discounted or promotional items
– Gift cards
– All international orders

Exchanges

(Within Turkey)
For size or item exchanges, the return must first be approved.
Once your return is received and accepted, you may place a new order depending on stock availability.

Exchanges are not available for international orders. Only defective or incorrect items may be replaced.

Refunds (Turkey Only)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
